We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your device, subject to these Terms.

You may use the App to:

• Capture text from images

• Store scans locally

• Sync scans if you choose to sign in

• Review, copy and interact with detected text

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

• Use it for unlawful purposes

4. Account Registration

Accounts are optional. If you choose to create an account:

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure

• You must be at least 13 years old

We use third-party authentication (Supabase). We do not store or manage your password.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App and associated materials are owned by Signal & Form LLC. You retain ownership of your content (e.g., text you scan).

6. User Data

By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy. You understand that text extracted from images may be stored locally or (if you choose) in cloud sync.

7. Feedback

Any feedback you provide becomes our property. We may use it without restriction.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of OCR results

• Availability of cloud services

• That the App is error-free

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal & Form LLC is not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data

• Any use of the App

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
